2017 TASC Board Retreat Sponsorship Opportunities

This year we will gather for our annual Board of Directors retreat and have a few great opportunities to include our business partners through meeting sponsorships and boardroom presentations. We understand that our business partners need more than a once-a-year conference to meet the leaders of SC’s public transportation industry.

This sponsorship/presentation approach is helpful because TASC benefits from learning about new products/services. Meanwhile, companies can meet with more systems vs. traveling city-to-city. We need you to share your expertise and expose us to new products and new designs. We need you to talk to use about changes in the market and be a resource base for us as well as a business partner. It also helps us generate new revenue to maintain our push into the political arena and establish consistent management of the organization. It also creates a unique opportunity for manufacturers and suppliers to capture the attention of statewide transportation leaders at one place and at one time.

We have representation from every corner of the state and we have major transportation systems in the room. This an opportunity to build relationships with decision makers from all across South Carolina.

We understand you may not need to sponsor an entire meal and give a presentation, so we have additional sponsorship opportunities available as Single Events or as an “add-on” to events you may already sponsor—such as a golf foursome or snack.

  • Single Event A: $500/add-on $300: Reception Sponsorship—Reception & Networking Event for a 60-minute mingle/Q&A and Sponsorship of the TASC Innovation Award
  • Single Event B: $750/add-on $550: Executive Committee Dinner: Sunday, May 21st dinner with the TASC Executive Committee
  • Single Event C: $650/add-on $450: provides you and three (3) board members or any invited guest (assuming they play golf) for 9-holes of golf, drinks and snacks at a nearby golf course (available, based on number of players)
  • Single Event D: $150/add-on $75: Mid-afternoon snacks and goodies with special notation on the agenda and placards (2 available).

If your sponsorship level includes a display or advertisements, TASC will contact you for materials and graphics to be prepared in advance of the retreat. Please note you must make your own travel arrangements. The James F. Martin Inn at the Madren Conference Center is the retreat hotel.
