Member
Attendee Registration- Attendee Registration includes everything from Thursday – Saturday: Thursday training, reception, Friday training, breakfast, lunch and breaks, Saturday roadeo breakfast, lunch and awards banquet.
Non-member
Attendee Registration- Attendee Registration includes everything from Thursday – Saturday: Thursday training, reception, Friday training, breakfast, lunch and breaks, Saturday roadeo breakfast, lunch and awards banquet.
One-day Member
Attendee Registration- Attendee One-Day Registration includes Thursday training, reception, AND/OR Friday training, breakfast, lunch and breaks.
- Does not include Roadeo lunch or awards banquet.
Virtual
Virtual Attendee Registration- Select sessions will be made available virtual via Zoom
- Virtual sessions are noted on the agenda
- Select additional sessions will be recorded
Payment Policy
Payment must be received no later than 5 days prior to the conference. If you registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference. Walk-ons will be accepted with full payment made on-site.
UPDATED Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 5 days before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 5 day deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference. Select recorded sessions will be available to registered attendees post conference. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
