Additional booth representative – $235 per person

Exhibit Locations
The exhibit booth consists of a formal area with a table, two chairs, and table skirting. Booth are 8′ wide and 6′ deep. Exhibit locations will be numbered and pre-selected on a first come, first serve basis, with sponsors having priority. Exhibitors must check-in at the registration desk Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 8:00am-1:00pm. Exhibit set-up is Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 8:00am-1:00pm. Outdoor exhibit space is limited to sponsors only. Please see the sponsorship page for details.

Exhibit Schedule
Exhibit set-up – Thursday 3/3 from 8:00am – 1:00pm (be sure to check-in at the conference registration desk)
Exhibit tear down – Friday 3/4 beginning at 3:30pm

This year we have increased the length or our break times and evening reception to give attendees more time to visit with you and your colleagues.
Expo times – Thursday 1:00-2:00pm, 2:30-3:00pm, 3:45-4:15pm and 5:00-6:30pm , Friday 7:30-8:30am, 10:00-10:30am and 11:45am-1:45pm.

Indoor Exhibit Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis, with Sponsors having priority.

Exhibitor Prize Donation
“Door” prizes will be given out during the Exhibitor Showcase on Thursday afternoon with the exhibitors. Minimum value is $25. Donating exhibitors are announced when the prize is awarded.

Payment Policy
Payment must be received no later than 5 days prior to the conference. If you registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference. Walk-ons will be accepted with full payment made on-site.

UPDATED Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 5 days before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 5 day deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference. Select recorded sessions will be available to registered attendees post conference. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
