Sponsor Opportunities

Outdoor vehicle exhibit space is limited to sponsorships only. Outdoor vehicle exhibit space will be set up and marked with cones and/or rope. Note that the provision of signs/banners for outdoor display space is the responsibility of each exhibitor.

*Additional outdoor vehicle exhibit spaces may be purchased for $200 per space while spaces are available. Priority for additional spaces will be based on sponsorship level.

Exhibit set-up – Thursday 3/3 from 8:00am – 1:00pm (be sure to check-in at the conference registration desk)
Exhibit tear down – Friday 3/4 beginning at 3:30pm

This year we have increased the length or our break times and evening reception to give attendees more time to visit with you and your colleagues.
Expo times – Thursday 1:00-2:00pm, 2:30-3:00pm, 3:45-4:15pm and 5:00-6:30pm , Friday 7:30-8:30am, 10:00-10:30am and 11:45am-1:45pm.

Indoor Exhibit Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis, with Sponsors having priority.

Payment Policy
Payment must be received no later than 5 days prior to the conference. If you registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference. Walk-ons will be accepted with full payment made on-site.

UPDATED Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 5 days before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 5 day deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference. Select recorded sessions will be available to registered attendees post conference. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
