Vehicle exhibit space is limited to sponsorships only. Vehicle exhibit space will be set up and marked with cones and/or rope. Note that the provision of signs/banners for outdoor display space is the responsibility of each exhibitor.
*Additional vehicle exhibit spaces may be purchased for $200 per space while spaces are available. Priority for additional spaces will be based on sponsorship level.
Exhibit set-up – Thursday 3/2 from 8:00am – 1:00pm (be sure to check-in at the conference registration desk)
Exhibit tear down – Friday 3/3 beginning at 3:30pm
This year we have increased the length or our break times and evening reception to give attendees more time to visit with you and your colleagues. Expo times – Thursday 12:00-1:30pm, 3:00-3:45pm and 5:00-6:30pm , Friday 7:30-8:30am, 9:45-10:15am, 11:30am-1:30pm and 2:45-3:00pm.
Exhibit Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis, with Sponsors having priority. You will be contact at a later time to choose your booth locations.

Payment Policy – Updated 2/15/23
The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the electronic check(ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.
UPDATED Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 5 days before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 5 day deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
