Annually the Transportation Association of South Carolina holds a conference for the purpose of training new members, showcasing the latest in industry products and services available, and to provide opportunities for networking. The TASC conference attendees are transit service provider executive directors, human service directors, councils on aging, education officials, and their staff, which include the following areas of management: human resources, procurement, finance, maintenance, training, vehicle operators, and quality assurance. Local, State, and Federal Officials are also in attendance each year.
The site for this year’s Annual Conference and Expo is the Embassy Suites & Conference Center. All reservations must be made prior to July 18, 2026 to get the conference rate. The conference rate is $119.00 per night.
TASC is thrilled to announce an exclusive after-hours networking event designed specifically for our Outing Sponsors and Conference attendees. This premier gathering will take place at Group Therapy Pub & Playground, August 19th, where the entire facility has been reserved for an unforgettable evening of casual networking, great food, drinks, and friendly competition.
This event is exclusive to Group Therapy Sponsors only, along with Full Conference registered attendees.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
T3S Partnership
The Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S) is pleased to be associated with the 2026 TASC Annual Conference and Expo. As part our agreement with TASC, we are facilitating this year’s conference. T3S will be handling all registrations and payments for TASC. Payment transactions/invoices/receipts will be from Clemson University Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S). Neither Clemson University nor T3S benefit from the proceeds of the registration fees or sponsorships of the TASC Conference. All proceeds go to the Transportation Association of South Carolina.
